By accessing or using PostCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostCraft is a social media scheduling platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage multiple workspaces for different clients or brands
• Schedule and publish content to connected social media platforms
• Generate AI-powered captions using third-party AI APIs
• Manage OAuth connections to social media platforms

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All content posted through PostCraft using your account
• Complying with the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Ensuring you have rights to all content you post
• Not using the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

4. Content Policy

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Violates the terms of service of connected social platforms

5. Third-Party Integrations

PostCraft integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, OpenAI, Anthropic). By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms of service. PostCraft is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

6. API Keys

You are responsible for any charges incurred through the use of third-party API keys you provide (OpenAI, Anthropic). PostCraft stores these keys securely but is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from key compromise.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may fail due to network issues, platform API changes, or other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed posts, data loss, or business interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of PostCraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
